Bought Stone Roses tickets in Nov 11 for Jun 12, order cancelled 3 weeks before gig as the seller never had these tickets to sell. Viagogo is sitting on my ร‚ยฃ436 and not refunding. WHY? I have asked and keep getting fobbed off with "it is being processed" "thank you for your patience". I have no patience left and they are refusing to acknowledge me now.

They advise they are a ticket agency which I understand but as they do not pay the seller the money until after the gig they means that my money has been sitting in their bank account for 6 months earning interest for them, they have no reason or excuse to refund.

It is a shambles, their customer service is dire and their telephone number is a ***.

You have had this information via twitter and via the numerous e-mails, I have even had an assurance on 19th June of refund within 5 business days, it is now the 7th and still no refund.

On 19th June when you agreed a refund would be processed you asked me to tweet the situation had been sorted, I said I would once refund given, as yet NO REFUND so no , I will not tweet how great your customer service was and all sorted cause you are fobbing me off and I am starting to get very angry, I have spoken to a lawyer on the matter who assures me that even though you moved your offices to Switzerland after the Dispatches programme you are still breaking the law re the distance selling act and my consular rights.

Please do not fob me off nor write "we are looking into this thank you for your patience" as I have had this message loads of time and I do not have any patience to give you, you owe me the money for tickets that the seller cannot provide as they don`t have the tickets. REFUND it is quite simple you have had y money for 6 months so I think it is time you gave it back.
