Do not buy any tickets off this company for anything
I bought tickets to see [PERSON_NAME] at [GEOGRAPHIC_DATA] on the 23rd of April. My tickets were not sent to me in time when I got to the venue.
I contacted [PERSON_NAME] support and they were not able to help me receive my tickets, so I was not able to get into the venue. I would like a refund for the price of my tickets, please.
I've called three times now and I've been told the same thing, that it has been sent to the relevant people, but I'm still waiting to hear back and I'm still waiting for my refund.

They didnt give my tickets
- They claimed tickets were sent.
- They would send replacements if not received, but they were different and nothing more could be done.
It was a completely mess. They told me that they have already sent meet my tickets, but then they admit that if I havent received my ticket, they will send me another ones but was completely different from the ones that I had already bought. So after one hour on Health talking with them, they said, ok so you accepted the one that we sent you, theres nothing else we can do.

They said they would contact me in four days. I’m still waiting. The concert was on April 23 and I did not receive my tickets for the concert so I’m still waiting for a refund.
I bought tickets for a concert on April 23. My tickets did not arrive at all.
I spoke to viagogo customer support outside the concert and my issue was not resolved.
I am still waiting for a refund every time I call up I get the same reply to be patient. It is now May 8 today and I have now been waiting 16 days and I still have received no refund.

I have been on the phone will them for over 3 hours within the past fee days and received minimal help. I have been informed I will be called back and have heard nothing.

- I cannot reach Viagogo to report not received tickets and the line disconnects after a recording.

I tried numerous times to call, email Viagogo to advise I had not received the tickets, the support page and link did not work it would either take you to a page which was not working or take you back to the home page. When calling, a recorded message would say this call is going to be recorded and then line disconnected not managing to speak with anyone. Support email address not listed anywhere.

Awkward problem I wanted a refund as the ticket description suggested it was front row. Their live chat confirmed it was I took a screenshot of the answer
When talking on the phone to them they said they had no documentation that I'd been on live that.
I could prove them wrong on that with the screen shot
Asked to speak to someone higher which was when they ended the call cutting me off. Will never again buy.from this business

I booked a ticket for the Lazio fans' end seat for the Lazio v Roma Rome derby. The seats were changed to Roma fans' end seats.
I did not know until I got there. Fortunately, I wore no color or I would have gotten hurt.
I did go in and went home.
I won't be booking anything with Viagogo again.

Look on Trustpilot for reviews about the concert being cancelled. Verify this with Ticketmaster, but Viagogo is still insisting it is rescheduled, so they refuse the refund.

Having lost my phone and tickets, the only proof of purchase I had was payment of £239 70 to Viagogo and the date of November 4th/5th 2023 from my bank account, but they said they had no record of the transaction. Beware Viagogo when buying tickets!
The concert I bought two tickets for is only four days away and my tickets have not been delivered. Please help!
