Got no verification of tickets I purchased

Nobody helps nobody answers .
I have broken old phone and lost ticket details I got new phone new email and password but was hoping to give what details I have name old email and card I paid with and was wishing I could still go to the event if u could post me my ticket please.

In addition, I am currently experiencing unexpected financial difficulties, which necessitate careful consideration of every expenditure. Under these circumstances, the funds from the ticket refund are vitally important for me and my family. It was entirely unforeseen that I would be confronted with both health and financial challenges.

I bought tickets to see Billie eilish in 2021 but lockdown changed that to 11 th June 2022. When we arrived to collect our tickets they werent there and no one answered the phones but promised us they would be available to collect on arrival at the o2 arena.
My son was finest twice driving through London and this was his 18th birthday present, Im gutted for my son. My case has been to escalation 25 times in which I have all there names which were fake, being Asian with a name of bunny, lovey, Ive write a letter of complaint and also been in touch with trading standards and ukicc are now involved,

I bought tickets from Viagogo a couple of years ago for an André Rieu concert (order number 2351****) which ended up being cancelled due to COVID-19. It was then rescheduled and subsequently cancelled several times since, but eventually it went on so long I became too old and physically unable to attend and so have been chasing a refund for this ever since.
Despite being told I would be refunded, I still have not yet received any refund to my bank account.
This has been going on for years now and I feel is absolutely disgusting customer service for someone at 87 to still be chasing to get my own money back!!! Can someone please resolve this issue AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I received 2 tickets for the above concerts today via registered mail from Viagogo. But the ticket price showed that was HK$380/each.
Actually, I paid HK$648 for each ticket plus $24 mailing & $97 handling charges. The total for 2 tickets I paid by credit card was HK$1,537.- which should be the 2nd higher price ticket I ordered i/o the lower $380 tickets I received. Please see the attached order confirmation and receipt from Viagogo as well as the $380 tickets which I have got. Please give me a reply how to settle this unhappy case.
I will hold the $380 tickets until I got your reply and will return two $380 tickets to you after it is settled. FYI, this is not the first time I ordered tickets via Viagogo and I am a senior citizen and couldn't clime up to the top row of seat with the $380 ticket belongs to.
